By using this website and the marketing materials included, all parties agree to the marketing guidelines and terms and conditions described herein. This includes, expressly requiring any resellers, affiliates and/or agents that you contract with for the marketing and promotion of .sydney domain names to similarly comply with these terms and conditions. If you are unwilling or unable to comply with the following terms and conditions, you are hereby prohibited from using the marketing materials provided. In marketing the .sydney TLD, Marketing Partners, Affiliates, Registrars and Resellers shall not employ any marketing, branding or messaging (regardless of form) that, in our sole discretion, is in conflict with our objective of establishing aglobal, recognizable, and credible domain name extension.

The correct use of .sydney Logos and Trademarks and other materials is mandatory. We ask any external party who wishes to use .sydney trademarked logos and other materials in connection with news stories, print, online advertising, production/design materials, marketing promotions and campaigns and other uses to please observe the legal restrictions outlined in the .sydney Brand Guide. Any use outside of these restrictions and guide are strictly prohibited.
